etz 250 sale or swop

i have a etz 250 project bike that needs a new home. rebuilt rear wheel,2 new tires and tubes ect. ts front end, engine not rebuilt yet. cycle parts in nato green.no log book.would make a good track bike or spares. 90% complete. sell or swop for ts or es to rebuild w.h.y.? im in cornwall 01209 822297.
