MZ Skorpion in AZ, Cheap! Parts or whole!

I've had some recent events come up that are going to significantly impact my 'tinker time' and have decided to sell my MZ Skorpion. I have very little history on the bike, but I think it was a 'Cup' since there's provisions for mounting a lower fairing.
Pics are crap so I'll see if I can get better ones later.
Engine runs well, carbs are good. Gauges work, as does the headlight. I finally was able to have a key cut for the ignition switch/gas cap, although I had to sacrifice the helmet lock to do so. No tail section, rear seat or tail light. I do have the rider's seat...
I have a NEW rear tyre (Michelin?) that I'll throw in.
Can supply two notarized bills of sale, NO TITLE.
Just wanting my money back out of it.
