The bike has 47000 miles on it and it started knocking bad last October, my guess is a bad rod bearing.
2000 Skorpion Tour blue (I bought it new at Bikeworx)
Penske shock (2 months old, set up for 210lb dressed rider $775)
Russell day long saddle
Heated grips
I was getting it ready for a long trip and in the last two weeks before it broke, I replaced:
New Chain and sprockets
New rear wheel & sprocket bearings
New tires, front and back (bridgestone BT45's) New fork seals New clutch friction plates New oil hoses (all of them) New water hoses (all of them) New brake pads front and back (ferodo platinum) New rubber chain/swingarm protection New throttle and clutch cable

I think that about covers it.

$2100 for the bike

OR

$1600 for the bike without the Penske shock (stock Bilstein instead)

OR

$1100 for the bike without the Penske shock & without the motor

OR

I would also be interested in trading for a Baghira or Mastiff

All shipping cost to be paid by buyer, I must have 100% of the money before shipping. I might be able to provide a business address for it to ship from, but I am not interested in crating it. Or you could pick it up, I am convienently located by I-95 in Delaware.

Interested...

why don't you buy my 02 Tour w/new OEM parts to "renew" your bike... my engine is fine with under 14k... see my ads dated early January! Looking at your bike's mileage and asking price, I think mine is a good deal.
