OK, talking seriously....
If I got £4500 I will probably be selling at a loss after what I paid for it and what I spent restoring it (I still haven't dared add up the bills!).
However I'm a realist and know I won't recoup my costs and anyway I did it for the fun not to make a profit.
But I know that the very few that have come up for sale on the open market in recent years have been sold for over £3500.
If I advertise it in the magazines I will probably ask for "£4250 or very near offer" and see what happens.
So....make me an offer? The worst that can happen is I say no.......but I might say yes!

It's now sold and gone to new home in Belgium.
