cranberry colored skorpion fuel tank

Postby bikeseamus » Wed Jun 03, 2015 6:49 am

Hi I realize this is a shot in the dark, but I would love to have a nice cranberry colored fuel tank for my 2003 Traveler.. the paint has begun to exit the top... as many did...and do... I intend to internally seal a different tank so this won't recur.. the petroswill sold here in the US is destroying many plastic fuel tanks.. and engines...and carb seals.....because of oil washdown in the cylinders and penetrations of the plastics..and destruction of rubber and neoprene .... as many of you know. Alcohol is dreadful stuff to put into gasoline, but corn farmers here bought off the legislators and there is no end in sight... so.... I must play the cards I was dealt.. thanks, Jim
