Panniers for my Skorpion tour?

I'm packing for a long-ish weekend ride coming up and I realized how poor my cobbled together soft bags are. I'm posting to ask if anyone has a set of hard bags for sale that fit my Skorpion Tour? Alternatively, just a rack would be a great start or if any of you have information on someone who makes appropriate racks or even guard-bars to support my soft bags, that would be of great help.
