Want to set up my '03 Baghira for touring

I've had my '03 Baghira enduro for about a year now. I've enjoyed some great PNW dualsport rides but I'm feeling limited by lack of comfort and the gear carrying capabilities of my stock Baghira.
Hoping I can really set my bike up for some distance rides with the below items:
Russell Day-Long or other aftermarket saddle
Tourtech or other racks & aluminum panniers
windscreen
larger or auxiliary fuel tank
If you have any of the above for sale or if you have suggestions about the best way to set up my bike for multi-day dualsport rides please let me know.
