MZ/MuZ Riders

Hello
Is there a fellow rider with crafting skills and access to machinery?
I want a nice rack for my moto, but have none of mentioned above
If somebody can do just the frames (i should be ok attaching them to my horse)and post them to sunny Scotland for some money exchange?
Or maybe you know a place in Edinburgh or Lothian where it can be done?

I take it you have the two rails that run along the seat and are bolted to the rear of the subframe fitted? if so any of the topbox mounting plates for sale on ebay can be adapted to fit or buy a cheap second hand rack, remove the side pieces and fix the flat rack bit to the rails. If there are any small engineering firms around you they should be able to put something together for you and make the fixing brackets as well. If all else fails PM me and I may be able to make one, its just that I am a long way from you.

hey there.....about 2 years ago a buddy was over in europe...and readily found me a hepco becker rack for my 05 baggy....bolted right up in 1/2 hour and any HB bag fits onto it....very nice but, cost 165 euros....now invaluable as she has been my main commutor on and off for years...and btw...the HB bag was $300 new, lockable/watertight.....just right but pricey too

If you go to the Board Index for this site, and then to MZ Dealerships, you will find a link by "Guesi" for an online store that at the moment has quite a bit of stuff for Baghira and Mastiff......it looks like he has a listing with picture for an actual MZ accessory box rack that fits Baghira. You'll have to verify this, but the listing contains enough info to do so. Part # listed is 3638268695. I believe the price is 139 Euros......Happy hunting....Catman

I have the rack fitted to mine is great have a givi plate bolted to it with a with a monolock top box...

dunno who fitted it, but it was on when i bought the bike..

there were loads of other bits on my baghira too.... bash plate, foot peg rubbers adjustable fork tops locking petrol cap
