K and N air filter

I would like to fit a k and n filter to my 04 baghira which already has a not very road legal scorpion exhaust fitted. Firstly,will i need to rejet, and secondly,where should i buy from in the uk. Yours,in anticipation, Ian p.s is it the same as the xtz yamaha ?
