Just seen that MZ are closing dec 31 2008 is this true ?????? am i behind the times, is this a done deal, have i missed summin here ????

Bummer! this is sad and a shame , the RT 125 seems to be a great motorcycle with nothing but good reviews, the biggest & best 125 on the market with speed , mpg , handling plus it looks like a motorcycle and not a chicken chaser as some similar bikes also i see and read nothing but good reviews on the 1000cc too, its a looker too, im wondering if MZ`s marketing and sales team were up to scratch or maybe just the sign of the times at the moment with the credit crunch worldwide with more small dealerships going down the pan taking a "well known" manufacturer being hit in the near future, i trully hope not! motorcycling been hit hard enough in the past few years as it is.....

I had an 01 or 02 MZ RT125...bought it new, black n chrome. Brilliant bike :up: thought I did high side it
