Bilston, just south of Edinburgh. The family emigrated here in 1960. All my relatives except two cousins still live over there. Dad got the itchy feet from being in the Royal Scots Greys. Lived in Canada for a time in the fifties then back to Scotland for a few, then here. Dad wasn't done, but Mom said no to Africa, so here we are. I can turn my brogue on and off, probably due to my age when we got here. American twang outside, and Scots brogue in the house also helped. I get over there when I can, but haven't taken a motorcycle trip there yet. Retirement will help as I think I've got some good years ahead of me. Right now, grandchildren are showing up, so they take priority.
