ROWRACIN - Transporter needed

Ok guys n gals here's your chance to help out .

Its got to the point where our little Volkswagen transporter is getting too small for us, what we need is a bigger van. What we are looking for is something like an Iveco 35-12 or Merc, it will need to sleep 4 (I need to seperate the kids) and have a rear garage ( I cannot get my generator and jetwash in the Volkswagen) , we also need a toilet and shower (have you seen the state that the portaloos get into over the course of a weekend - phew !) and of course a ktichen area and wind out awning.

I am willing to travel anywher in the U.K to collect the right wagon - but I am not rich so I am looking in the £4-5k region, I dont really care how old the wagon is or what colour etc as long as I can drive it away and it is in reasonable nick.
