new member with a Skorpion

Hi all, I've just purchased a Skorpion 660 traveller so thought I had best join as I am sure I will be needing advice often. it's currently a non runner, turns over but doesn't fire, I'm hoping it maybe something as simple as a weak battery as it only turns over for about 20 secs before it dies. Other then that it's a reasonable standard bike with the original panniers, exhaust etc. The only part I can see is missing is the fairing infill panels either side of the clocks, I'm guessing these are hard to get? Hopefully it will be up and running soon and then a rolling restoration will begin as it is a little scruffy in places.

Ask tech questions in the 660 section of the forum; maybe a proper charge of the battery may help, maybe it's something else. How's the spark?

Hi, battery is on an optimate now so will try again at the weekend, I haven't actually done anything else yet so not sure about the spark, I will have a look once the battery has fully charged, thanks for the reply

old age is setting in check wire spade ends they loose grip and just fall off
the power wire on my traveller did that , it died about a block from my house
and as i did checks found the plus12 volt wire off the coil
