Aaagh help it's driving me mad

Jawa 350 carb peeing out petrol. I tried it manually blowing down the petrol pipe moving the floats with my fingers, airtight, back on bike, leaking. Fitted rebuild kit. All new internals. Still leaking. Carb is 3 years old.
I'm going mad.
