TS 150 Idling speed

Firstly, is it just me? I can't upload pics on this site. Grr.
My new150 won't idle. There's only adjustment screw, on the left hand of the carb. It isn't right under the throttle slide, but further back. Nor does it go in at an upward angle. Turning this screw has no effect on the idling speed.
There is no other screw on the carb.

The bike goes great btw. Obviously it's not powerful enough to be useful for anything other than mooching about on but I have bigger bikes for actually going somewhere. (And a car) And the mix IS 33:1

The screw colser to the filter adjust the idle mixture (amount of air).

A quick look at some pics, clearly shows the idle screw. Perhaps, the screw is missing, the head is damaged or its just plugged up.

Oh everyone, have found how to adjust tickover. Turn the screw at the top of the carb anticlockwise so the needle sits higher in the carb. Easy as that!!

Maybe the previous owner made the bike 'not idle' because of one of those stupid old myth that still gets about 'these bikes were not made to idle'.

Ts carb tick over adjustment is the recesed one below the throttle top (in line with throttle cable) the one besides it is the air mix. Some Ts models before 1975/76 had no tick over adjustment.
