picture 1 remove plastic plug with coin or flat washer
picture 2 my hand made tool an old wrench with a socket pressed into it
picture 3 use flat blade screw driver and wrench to adjust clutch cable
wrench was made by forcing a socket of correct size into an old spanner wrench
with an arbor press
other plug hole is used to hook up cable end when you change cable
cable hooks in a slot lay down on floor and look up in hole with a flash light
adjust the slack adjuster up top so you have some adjustment room plus or minus
then do the bottom
warning do not cross thread the plastic plugs when replacing
and do put a couple on your order from rotax as spares and carry them on a road trip
hope this helps dave
left click to enlarge pictures
ps this bike is bad about ripping the ends off the cable at the top end
due to bending at the top ..the brass feral being the wrong size on some cables and binds in the pivot hole
