I found a picture on the internet of another silverstar, which appears to have a hole in the frame for the stand:
- picture off the web; looks like another hole/bracket in frame for the stand
However,I don't have that:
The only place to fit one, on my bike, is at these positions but the brake lever (where the rear brake light switch is attached) will foul it:
