? 50mm / 2" exhaust can for Baghira SM ?

Does anyone know which exhaust cans - like KTM - have 50mm / 2" inlet diameter?

I'd like to use a KTM 450/525 exhaust but I think they're about 2.5". (I must ask on ktmforum.)
So, anything else that would fit? ( :?: I'm using an M4 connector pipe.)

I've got a Supertrapp on my Mastiff. It's not on an M4 link pipe, but I've bodged it to fit the link pipe I have. They do them with various inlet diameters from 2 to 3.5 inch depending which type you get

A friend gave me one of a 2000-ish GSXR 1000. Just a nice straight can with slip-on inlet, just had a short piece of pipe bent and welded onto stock "y" pipe that I cut off stock exhaust can.

That's prompted me to update my input...

I have now made a slightly better job of my Supertrapp fitting by getting a 2 inch, 30 degree bend stainless steel car exhaust pipe section to join what's left of the link pipe/ Y- piece to the Supertrapp silencer. It was very easy to fit as the ends just slip together and are held on place by heavy duty hose clamps. It looks and fits much beter now ;-)
I might even get round to welding the 30 degree section in place at the inlet end one of these days to properly finish the job rather than having the hose clamp holding it, but it will be fine for as long as I want.

I was looking at tunebike.de site, and seem to remeber that with an m4 connector you can use a Sebring CBR900 can..you can look at the site
www.tunebike.de,and check under tuning w/carb kit..I think...
I have heard the CBR can will work before so .......good luck

@handsomejackuk / Al :) ...I've got 2 pics of your bike dated June 2007 :) on a forest road. I agree, the BSM Vampire does fit and look the best. So many others just don't look right. Are the BSM's still available? Thing is, though, I'd rather avoid the cost when it involves expensive and troubleseome shipping from UK.

tunebike.de ... Even worse, Germany only ships by DHL. It virtually doubles the cost. '

supertrapp ... I've heard so many negative comments about them over the years, about the way they work...I don't know.

But, given that I've got an M4 connector pipe...there is a local place that makes decent cans, and there are the SB Engineering cans on ebay (which look pretty good for the price, but then again there's the issue of shipping from UK). And I'm just not inclined to bother with advertising locally for a KTM exhaust that was replaced with an Akra.

Thanks, Henri, but I'll see what else I can do first. (I've even been looking at local car (mainly car) exhaust shops.)

@ handsomejackuk: Sorry, I'm only now seeing the pics you attached, from the same set I'd referred to. They must've been blocked on my office network.

Sorry guys - a bit off topic I know, but where did you get the rear rack/ grab handle set up from? I could do with a bit more luggage carrying ability on my Mastiff and that looks just the job

If you ask me, those are the stock handrails and somebody did a very nice job of welding on a couple pieces of pipe to make a little rack. Don't know if you can still find a Hepco-Becker rack, some places that used to carry them might still have one laying around.

Hi,

think it is a genuine rack... dunno where it was gotten from, but when I bought my baghira it had loads of extras that i have not seen on other baghiras...

Locking petrol cap
Blue adjusters on top of forks
rubber inserts on foot pegs
rear rack
bash guard
fork sliders ( have seen these)
handguards (have seen these)
