Thought some might be intersted. When I spoke to the mechanic he reckoned about 80 BHP at the rear wheel.

The 660 lump must be one of the most tunable single out there :-D Although i had heard 70rwhp is realistic..I'd like 50

I dyno'ed my baggi last year and got 46 rwbhp. Only mods are a BSM road legal can. 50 rwbhp should be easy with a less restrictive can and jetting the carb.
Big bore kit will also help to beat 50 rwbhp. If any one in teh UK wants I have the following part that I would swap for standard parts once they have ben altered for tuning.
Cylinder (needs rebore anyway)
Cylinder head
Crank (big end worn)
This could reducce down time for your bike and I would end up with good standard parts.
Sorry guys UK only.
