Lift for Skorpion Tour?

Time to change the front wheel on the Skorpion tour. What lift are you guys using to get the wheel off the ground? Unfortunately, I don't have a center stand on this bike.

i use a chain hoist and a long rubber belt around the triple clamp

Thanks, Dave. I have a hoist, just have to reinforce the rafter in the shop. I'll do that this week.
