fuel consumption/ luggage

Postby fresian rt125 » Tue Mar 08, 2005 2:56 pm

bought an 01 model rt125 a couple of months back, and average 90 miles per gallon around town. spent last weekend on a longer run and managed 155 mpg, so well impressed. I'm looking for a aftermarket rear carrier. My dealer says he can get the official one from MZ, but delivery may take some time.... Any advice appreciated.

I think I weigh slightly more than you, but at least I don't look too silly on a bike this size, compared with other 125s I've tried.

Hi,

I have the RT and have a side panniers for it. I think they look good but are also really functional too... they are made by a company called Kaffa I blieve... but I cant seem to find them online anywhere. I bought mine from IME cycles in Bermuda so maybe you can look them up and drop them an email. THey might be able to point you in the right direction.
