Keep a clean dry cloth with you. When it happens, pull off the spark plug cap and dry it inside, dry the top of the spark plug, and it'll work. If it
doesn't, it's the plug wire connection to the plug cap. If it still happens after you put silicone over that (but you
must be sure the silicone sticks and doesn't leak - try to push some in between the rubber of the plug cap and the wire with a thin screwdriver or something first, then coat the whole area, thick), then pull the vent tubes up and loop them upwards, tie them with a cable tie to the frame ... if it
still happens, get another plug cap.
