1. I just bought the bike. It' 2002 with 1 mile on it. The bike was in the storage and wasn't started for the last two years.
I cleaned the carb and rode the bike for like 20 min. Then I mentioned that the coolant is dripping from the small rubber hose that runs from the top of the radiator down the frame. I looked inside the radiator and couldn't see the coolant.
Do you think that from sitting so long the thermostat got seized in one position? Or a radiator cover doesn't do its job?
2. I have no manual and don't know which oil and gas I should use. Maybe someone can share expluatation and a work shop manual? I would greatly appreciate it!
3. I absolutely in love with my MZ!!!

1. Make sure you have oil in there and really I'd change it; undo the big nut underneath, let it all drain out (easier if engine is warm) and top up with 1L of fresh 10W30.
2. Fix leak in pipe, top up with water or antifreeze, whatever it'll keep the engine cool.
3. Ride bike; failure to do either of above will (like any engine) break it and need a new engine!
4. It runs on PETROL (unleaded 94 RON or better)
5. Run it in, i.e drive it reasonably carefully and don't rev it like mad! (for a while = 300Km)
6. Good luck, you've got a good bike (for a 125)
7. The End!

Thanks alot Stretchy!
Look, there is no damage in the coolant pipe. I wasn't probably clear when I said "hose".
It is a rubber thiny pipe (like 7mm in diameter). It designed so, it runs from the top of the right radiator
down the frame and has an open end there. I'm not sure what is that for, but it is like the little pipe on the side of the battery. On the battery that is for the vapors.
Can you tell me where is the thermostat on this bike if you have the same engine ofcourse?
Thanks again!

Haven't got my manual to hand, I'm sure I downloaded it from here; have a look.
I'd just top her up with coolant and give it an easy ride; there's an over temp indicator on the dash. I wouldn't worry too much just make sure you change the oil tho' :D

Stretchy.
