Postby ginger steve » Mon Jul 07, 2008 12:02 pm

hey, my sm125 2002 keeps spewing water out of the small hose next to the rad cap, is this an overflow? a friend said the head gasket may need replacing or the cap itself, any ideas??? also the bike struggles to run off choke, ive tried adjusting the mixture but still no good. appreciate a bit of advice, thanx

yup... the small hose is for overflow... AFAIK, the exit point is below the cap...

I found I had a pinched hose that runs between the top of the two rads. Check for that.
