How to drain carb, RT 125?

Hi,

I looked up diagrams of Mikuni carbs, and the pictures all show a big, obvious plug on the bottom of the float bowl, but mine has nothing. How do I drain it?

I'm hoping the 6-8 month old gas will be ok if I dilute in in a car's tank.
