etz 125

I have an 1989 etz 125 and the engine is seized, bottom end unfortunately, was wondering if the ts engine would fit in the frame and whether the head from the etz will fit the ts engine, or if anyone has a spare etz engine lying around anywhere near fife in the uk, any help appreciated, martin
