I had a similar problem and it truned out to be the choke sticking on. The plunger in the carburetor was actually rusty (almost brand new). I fixed it by taking off the tank and then manually pulling the cable whilst using a little wd 40 to loosen it up. I ended up loosening it and then with a bit of lubrication i shoulodnt have any issues.

Hope that helps.

on my rt125 it you put the bike in gear with the side stand down
the engine will die your's may or may not have it

look for electrical wires near the piviot point of side stand
it is required saftey device here in usa
so if you put bike in gear with stand down engime dies
if it is bad it can kill engine

one more question...
i need to know, how's the fan for the radiator work? it is always work when the bikes running... or it only on when the tempreature goes up. How to confirm the fan is working or not?

The fan only runs when the coolant is approx 100 deg Celcius or hotter.
To test the fan you can run leads directly to it and check it rotates, the terminal connected to the black and yellow wire is +ve.
To test the thermal switch you need to remove it and heat it, checking the contacts close with a meter. This does entail draining the coolant first though  .

what do you mean the thermal switch? you mean the red LED indicator on the meter?

How frequent i should change the water coolant?

The thermal switch is mounted into the back of the engine on the left hand side, it is what actually turns on the fan and the red temp warning light.
The manual recommends changing coolant every 2 years.

I just disconnected the bottom hose between the engine and the radiator, and drained into an old bowl. I used a new retaining clip when I reconnected the hose and then refilled with a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water (the antifreeze must be suitable for aluminium engines)

Cheers, Mike

[edit] I think it took about a litre of liquid to refill
