Where to get RT/SM 125 crankshaft bearing shells

Hello,

does anyone knows where to buy crancshaft bearing shells for MZ RT/SM 125 motor? Is it possible to addopt from any other bikes?
The only info I found is that it posible to get only together with crankcase assy.
