Welcome, and that looks like a worthwhile thread to watch!
Sorry, I don't know that bike personally. Good luck!

Hello
I don´t think that this bike is original. For example the front swinging arm. I never saw this on any MZ bike.
I think that fuel tank, front swinging arm, headlamp and some other parts are non-MZ parts.
Handlebar seems to be taken from an ES 250/0 model .
The top lug of the front fork seems to be from an ETS model.
Frame and engine cound be from an ES 125 model.

Front shock absorbers are original MZ.
They were used on Es models.

Yep, ES125, mid sixties . If the filler cap is original it must be post `67.

This is how an ES 125 looked here in Germany.

Indeed, for an ES I expected that humongous (structural?) front mudguard & headlamp, but apparently there are substantial styling differences in the export model. To my eye the export version looks substantially better.

The thing is: I never saw this kind of export model before.
MZ exported to different countries, even to Thailand. But I never saw this kind of bike on any official papers or ads...
