Hi
Anyone got a recommendation for the best battery for my 1961 RT125/3?
Can get something from Germany but must be able to get an equivalent in the UK.
Thanks
Stuart

i would go for a gel sealed battery and a high ah that will fit in the space
had a bmw r27 once the 6volt battery system was a pain used to run the points and coil
from a car battery in the saddle bag .so it would get me where i was going

The battery size you need is coded B49-6, this is however a modern looking battery, if you want to keep the original look a case is available whch will take a smaller 6v battery, about £25 on ebay, plus battery.
