Undo the tacho drive nut. it'll pull right off. Stop the engine spinning while you do this with a bungee cord or rope down the plug hole.
Someone's knackered the mating surface where the new cover / gasket will sit (above left of the clutch). You'll need to rectify that before putting it back together again.

Thnx arry_b.
Nut is off, not in the picture though.
The cover wiggles in towards the engine and out about 4 mm.
Its like there is a edge somewhere in the clutch hole in the cover.
So when i press the cover in towards the engine and then pull it out it makes a metalic noise. Like metal ia hitting on metal.

as beat up as it is you will have to cut it off as its bent out of shape and binding
or a puller is used to get it off the side in the first place
sure hope your leg was not in the way when it came apart

I guess its dremel time.
Is there any good videos on youtube about removing sidecovers checking/showing inside of the TS?
Found tons of them with the ETZ but none TS?

Don't think Ive come across videos of the TS250/1 engine being dismantled but from memory both engines are almost identical inside.

Cover is now off.
Isnt the big center ring suppose to follow the cover off when
removed in a proper way.
My new cover wont fit because of this?

Yes that has to come off too! It usually comes off with the cover . Looks like the bearing might have seized on the crank. Does it spin round?

Try prising the grey plastic shield off of the bearing. That should let you push the balls to one side then wiggle them out so that you can remove the outer race and bearing housing.
You'll be left with the inner race stuck on the crank, but you can then attack it with a puller or a small grinding wheel on a Dremel.
Let us know how you get on, the suspense is killing!

Have a nice break, then come back and hit it with a large hammer!
Or more seriously, I would look at using something like a bearing separator. Tighten it up under the lip, then carefully pull the collar off. They also come in useful for removing the main bearings if you ever need too. Not sure what the price of tools is like in Sweden, but in the UK you can pick them up for less than £20... and a man can never have too many tools!
