Newbie - Saxon Tour ignition timing 2t

Hi,
I am new to this forum, having just bought a 1994 Saxon Tour 251. (Used to have a TS250 years ago).
Question, how do I check the ignition timing on the electronic ignition? I know how to set the piston height, but how do I tell when the spark occurs? Or, if I want to use a strobe, there does not seem to be a timing mark on the rotor/pickup.
Any help gratefully received!
