Electrical gremlins
Posted: Sat Oct 31, 2015 7:04 amHi - I've been rebuilding a 1979 TS250/1 over the last few months and now have it ready to fire up.........but.......having problems with electrical gremlins!
Rewired bike using original loom and switches - all in good condition but have replaced reg/rect with solid state version from ost2rad.
When switching on to 1st ignition position it keeps blowing the fuse on the positive side of the battery - any ideas?
I'm lost with electricity - like black magic as far as I'm concerned! Have checked all connections and all good to wiring diagram. Battery new with fresh charge
