Skorpion Exhaust recommendations

Postby droy » Wed Feb 28, 2007 10:00 pm

Folks

I added these cheap 16-inch reverse cone cans a year or so ago to some 1.5 inch custum headers. A bit too loud and am looking for suggestions on something different. Pea shooters, Dunstall ? :D

Suggestions?????

are you talking just cans or entire systems. If you are looking for a really good system, go to Slipstream:
http://www.teamslipstream.co.uk/homepage.htm

another very good possiblity in continental Europe is SR Racing:
http://www.sr-racing.de/index2.html

Sepp will make you anything at the highest possibly quality level, including one-off systems from the port complete with dynotesting and vehicle inspection and with cat if necessary.

Droy,
Who made your headers? I'm looking for some...have you tried either
Galen at bikeworx or Tim Barker at Barkersbars for cans?
Thanks

Headers

The headers were from Tim Barker - he sold me the headers only which was great. You can see the look I'm going for. It was inspired by German Norton - mid 90's manufactured by Tigcraft.

I'm not a fan of the small cans that Tim does but we'll see.

Tim's exhaust work, however. I can vouch for that and they are both well made and very light.

AND VERY LOUD!

my racer was measured at 127DB
