Sunday ride out in the UK. North hants/Weest Berks area.

Not sure if any ones interested here, but I am taking some friends on a ride out on the 20th of January 2008. Should be about 60-70 miles on a variety of roads with lots of single track lanes, all ridden at a reasonable speeds, 50-60 mph, less on the small lanes. Not going off road so SM wheels will be best.
So far I have the following coming from another forum, all with SM wheels.

If your interested we will be leaving the Esso fuel station in Tadley Hampshire at 11am sharp. Post code for the fuel station is RG26 5PE. Their will be at least one stop for coffee/food, more stops can be made if riders need it.

Just out of curiosity, would you accept a Yamaha Fz6 (on Avon road Tyres) ?

You would be more than welcome, but be aware that the other bikes going are motards and the roads being travelled on are very narrow and twisty, often having gravel and mud on them.

Well 9 bikes turned out in the end, and we had a wet but brilliant ride out.
The ride covered about 80 miles, mostly on road, but in part in the river Thames where it had flooded 2 roads, up to 600mm deep in places.
Still maybe next time.
