Greetings, just bought a saxon 500 , rotax jobby, and of course it needs the sprag clutch, lol. This must be about the 9th mz I've owned in a long life of biking, happy with the bikes and the people who ride them. I'm up in north lancs, Carnforth , and would appreciate any one who can help sort out the bad starting on the rotax engines.
Just a passing thought, I'm member of the Cossack Owners Club as well , and as rally organiser, am able to invite any one up to our rally at Dent, Cumbria , next weekend, Sorry for the short notice, but we normally get around 50 attending from all over UK. If you need details , then email me on colledge@hotmail.co.uk , best regards, trev

when you get the rotax fixed ..... always shut the motor down with the compression release
then turn off the key ..... turning off with key will some times let motor run backwards against the sprag clutch...
many times with key will equal bad sprag clutch over time...
