Ok , so I`m new to this forum and I`ve just bought myself a `95 Scorpion Tour with 47000on the clock .Some twit before me has had her in bits for some reason and she leaks , badly . The crankcase breather hose to the airbox has been modified and was applying too much pressure to the crankcase , I could only just blow through it , so I`ve opened it up so it now flows freely , but ,,,, can someone confirm for me , Which hose goes where , at the back of the cylinder , on the top of the gearbox .
I understand one is the oil tank vent returning to the engine , and the other is the crankcase breather . Which hose goes on the fitting under the starter motor , the shit of one to get at ???
If you were putting your engine back together , what sealant would you use , Loctite 5926 for the ares that would otherwise have gaskets , or what ?? Thanks for yor help
