Postby iceman » Sat Jun 14, 2008 10:12 pm

I came across this Moto Rally that takes place every year in February over in Europe, this year from February 13/15.

Does anyone know what kind of old MZ is in the picture ? Has anyone been to this rally ?

Hello!

"Elephants" are a traditional bikers meeting . The first organizers apparently were veteran of World War II. For years next to the Isle of Man and Assen TT "Elephants" had great reputation. Particularly never I go, in my work ride the bike in winter and I don´t like cold. In the 90 I was in "Pingüinos" two times but cold, noise and thousand of people isn´t fun for me.

Photo sidecar ETZ 250 I think mount no original fork, horn, contact lock, turn light.

Best Regards, Manuel

the faring in above picture was sold in the usa
also by butler and smith the importer
original ones are aluminum i have one in fiberglass that i think is a knock off copy
it works excellent but sets back to far in your face
with short bars
