Obviously I know you mean 7500, I'm just a sarcy bastid...
If I'm honest, I don't think it would be such a good idea to try tuning your bike. the engine is designed as a plodder that will carry on forever, just at a leisurely pace - modifying is more likely to result in big bangs, split alloy castings and anal prolapse... If you must change things like the exhaust then bear in mind you will also need to re-jet the carb higher (if you improve airflow through the engine, the standard jets will not supply enough fuel) but if I were you I'd leave it "as-is".
As for fitting a powervalve, I think maybe you'd be better buying a bike that's meant to have one fitted for the same reasons as above (that and fitting one to this bike would probably cost as much as buying say, a second hand full power Mito or RS with some decent tuning already sorted)
That said, best of luck with any work you do go ahead with - would be quite fun surprising the sportsbike kids at the lights I suppose!
