Awful Headlight-Please Help!!

This morning I used my Skorpion to go to work on. Got out of the village and onto the unlit roads, and WHOA!!!! Where is the headlight?

After checking I found it was on, but it is useless, even on full beam. The light is the twin “projector” behind a glass lens one. The light on my Baggy id good for an indicated 100 mph. The Skorpion is good (poor?) enough for about 40 mph. Luckily it was ok as the sun came up pretty quickly an it was not needed to see with.

Anyone know how to improve it or if another normal Halogen light from another bike fits?
