This is great news but is it true. Can you be more specific with your information, as there are a lot of MZ owners out there who are monitoring this situation and worried about the plant closure - let alone the workers at the factory threatened with the loss of the livelihood.

Tell us more please.

BUT THE GOING WILL BE RUFF THE CHINA BIKES ARE LOOKING VERY NICE IN STYLE AND Q CONTROL IS UP

BARON MOTORCYCLES MARKETS ONE CALLED A CFMOTO V3 QLINK SELLS A VERSION OF IT
IT IS ONE GOOD LOOKING RIDE AND COMES ON MANY COLORS GOOD LOW SEATING AND FULL SIZE WHEELS BUT
A CROSS BETWEEN A SCOOTER AND A MOTORCYCLE

I AM VERY HARD TO PLEASE AND BY NEXT YEAR WILL HAVE ENOUGH CASH TO BUY ONE STRAIGHT UP IF I WANT
MZ NEEDS TO HURRY BUT DO IT RIGHT
AND EVEN IF ITS AN AUTOMATIC GET A FOOT BREAK ON IT SO THOSE USED TO A REGULAR BIKE ARE GETTING STOPPED

Hmmm, I think I like it..... It's sort of a cross between a Ducati, a Harley and a Piaggio isn't it! I think I'll print a picture for my wall & see if it can stick it out with the likes of the Speed Twin and New Imperial posters...

I think you have been misinformed. The reply from the factory is that they are still in discussion with prospective buyers and won't reach any decisions until the end of this month. Although your post generated a lot of hope and interest it was essentially incorrect.

Hi malayabird ! I dont know from which source u get this kinda info ? Its not true and the current state for MZ is still undecided for a new owner to replace HLI Bhd (Hong Leong Industries Berhad). One of my friend is a executive for Hong Leong industries (ex MuZ and MZM owner, fyi) he told me that there was several serious buyer to overtake MuZ/MZM management but due to long troubled and bad record of the business, some cancelled and some still waiting, unconfirmed bout the status!

These buyer they're NOT , i repeat "they're NOT" interested on saving MZ but only targeting on maximum $$$$ return and avoid lost once they took over the company.. (Its not easy like "save the tree in the townhall campaign" )

U've to understand were "the user" where we spend our money to buy parts and they're "the money maker" and they dnt wanna lost a single cent of course ! :D :smt006
