Got sent over here by Mike in Scotland! Thanks Mike!!! It looks like I'm home! Unless You all don't think A mastiff is part of the MZ/MUZ family. I can't figure why these aren't as common here in the US as a Zuki is??? I'm tryin to locate a clutch cable for a 98 660 Mastiff ! its got to be just a Yamaha Part???
per MIke Forgot to add that you might like to try this US-based web forum for info on your bike
http://www.mzriders.com/
Lots of useful stuff on there, and it will be nearer to you than the UK.
Mike

An MZ Baghira and a Mastiff are very similar. Many parts are the same. Check out my post in the mechanical/tech talk secrion. viewtopic.php?f=20&t=606&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=30#p14745 I had some cables made for my Baghira and by looking up part numbers, they should fit a Mastiff as well.

other resources:
viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1370 This is a parts interchange list for baghira. Tell ya what parts from other bikes that will fit yours.

http://www.grahamsmotorcycles.com/ U.K. based parts source. On their site they have the parts books that can be downloaded. When all else fails, this is your best option for parts

http://www.sfmoto.com/ San Fransisco based M/C shop that used to sell MZ. One of the guys their rides a Baggy still and they still carry some parts

http://www.bikeworx.com/ Boston based M/C shop (same deal as above)

Yeah, MZ never was too popular in the U.S. I don't get it. One of the funnest bikes I've owned.
