Cheap Source for Rotax Timing Belt?

Postby comanche91 » Fri Sep 25, 2009 11:54 pm

Found this info over on the Thumper Talk site. The 86-tooth cam timing belts for the MZ Rotax bikes run anywhere from $35-$45 or more from the Rotax sources like Tom Woods, American Dirt Bikes, and others. Has anyone tried an aftermarket belt like below link? The TT post says it's the same belt - only mucho cheaper, and works just fine. Worth a shot?
