:?:

MZ 500 Silver Star?

I can be wrong..but the exhaust isn´t original from MZ factory
and the box swing arm I think only Country and Silver Star.

MZ 500 Hmmmnz?

MZ 500 Hmmmnz?

its an original exhaust from mz that came out on the bike from the factory,
its not the country (wrong exhaust) or the silverstar (wrong clocks)

ill give you a clue its a sub model of the saxon

MZ Voyager?

I associate this model with the sidecar.

I see mine in the discussion. It is a 94 with the tank chromed and painted. Stock otherwise. Now it is taken apart hoping for a new lease on life (engine rebuild) Have all the parts, but crank is iffy. Will put the 40 mm dellorto and a cam on it if I get the crank sorted out... Love me some Silver Stars! I noticed that Comanche posted a picture of a nicely painted red and white silverstar.

Hey Nozz. That is a MZ regulation factory model, the Red Star 500 Classic. I believe they started in 1997, as all the pics I've found of Red Stars were 1997 models. Also there is a Green Star (Euro only). Super rare model. Both the red and green stars would have looked much better IMHO w. the all-black seat.
