hi folks, new mz owners will know by feb 3rd whether is has had any luck with new financing to restart the 125 cc production models,

Fingers crossed and hopeful for them.
T'would be great if they come up with an updated Skorpion down the road.
'Course, it won't sell worth a damn in the US of A , but I'd sure like to see one and would buy if ever available.

Unfortunately I dont have much hope of MZ ever getting a "big bike" in production again in the near future. I'll just keep my Skorpion and stock up on some spares to keep it running indefinately

At the moment I'm hoping the guy's at Mac Motorcycle will be able to launch a nice bike based on the new Yamaha 660 4-valve.

I would get one of these two models.... The Buell Blast lump that they originally designed the bike around sure does look nice but it is not something I would want in any motorcycle of mine... The yamaha 660 is a better choice but not as picture perfect.

the prototypes i saw had a Buell blast motor the Yamaha would be much better

Hi,
Just rode the rt125 this morning after months of rain,ice and snow in the UK. Thought to myself "what a lovely little bike". Simple and fun to ride and fantastic for inner city riding. Struggles up hills a bit but that can be easily managed if given enough revs. Great little engine if kept in it's power band.
I really hope they carry on making this bike and hopefully bring out a 250cc version.
