The end of my RT

Postby Bertie » Sun Jun 13, 2010 4:15 am

a van driver reversed over my bike with me on it a few days ago. over £1000 worth of damage to it. forks bent, front tyre slashed, light bent, clocks bent, gear lever bent. the van driver is blaming me for being too close behind him and saying its my fault he reversed over me!

im gutted, i love that bike! RT125s seem to be rediculously rare too!

Hi,
Why not bid on this one

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2005-MZ-RT-125-BL ... 3cadeedf8c

You could buy your old bike back for spares off the insurance company and fix the one above with it if needed.

you need a good lawyer
i dont know english law
but here where i live the fellow backing up
pays for the damage he does

tell the court just because your riding a bike does not make
you a 2nd class citizen
