95 Skorpion, Rides-N-Pics, near San Jose, CA

I've got my Skorpion out for a few rides. Last night ran up Mt Hamilton, and took some pics of the bike, clouds, and the sunset.

The bike is running well, I need to replace broken turn signals and consider opening up the tachometer for a solder repair, as it is erratic. I've got a hillclimb (non competition) at Maryhill, Washington, in a few weeks. I think I'll try for more aggressive front brake pads before that. I've recently fit a Brembo 13mm rear master cylinder from a BMW.

I'd welcome meeting other MZ riders.

Cheers,

Very nice pics, beautiful scenery.
Too bad I'm so far out, I'd take you up on a ride.
Who did the work on your saddle?
Better foam?

Saddle is as I bought it. I weigh about 220lbs, 6'2" tall. I reset the footpegs to the lower setting when I did the master cylinder. Seat gets uncomfortable for me before 150 miles.

I've adjusted to do 400+ miles on the "100 mile seat" on my Triumph Sprint ST, maybe I'll get used to this MZ seat :-)
