**************UPDATE**************************
Bought a new battery for hell sake and and lights and everything else work except the starter button, when i press it it does nothing. but if i jump the solenoid it will engage the starter motor. my guess is that the solenoid is junk. Also turns out the other new battery i had was junk.

IT runs! Only a couple small issues left on hand. No neutral light, starts in gear and blows main fuses intermittently, head light is dim and the hi beam switch doesnt work but the passing button does??? i have a wiring schematic but its 60 miles away threw lots of no cell coverage. Any suggestions?
