It looks like the engine from the RT125. The crankcases appear to have been modified though so maybe it's a 250cc version.
Can anyone confirm this?

Also looks like one is oil cooled and the other water cooled am I correct?

Interesting as the photo shows two different bikes.I wonder which one it is ?

They show different exhaust pipe by the motor,height looks to be different and swingarms are different as well as cooling as has been said.

I think if there are only going to be 50 that they HOPE to look similar to these.
