That looks real sweet-I'm not a big fan of non spoked wheels on Moto's, but this looks (to me) as nice as a KTM 525 a friend owns.

Are these Yamaha TZR wheels? How much fabrication was needed to get the rear to fit? I really need two wheels-one to run a Hard compound road tyre for my daily motorway commute, and one with a soft compound for "playing"-mist be easier to swap wheels than tyres when the mood takes?

How much difference does the Brembo make? My Sport front brake setup is identicle to my Baggi, but feels much, much better. Anyone else feel this?

Thanks for posting the pictures Pieter! That is a real sharp looking bike. I am going to try and fit this Skorpion front wheel up to my Baghira this winter, I already have fit the rear mag up. I SHOULD be able to get the parts I need thru MZ using my parts catalog. I probably will have to order a shorter kickstand too. The pictures are a big help. I have a couple more questions: Is the master cylinder a Brembo too? Also, what is the approximent OD of the brake disc? Thank you!

BTW, Whysub, that is a stock Mastiff setup, they used to come with mag wheels.....

Well Chaps I have been carrying out further research in to what wheels fit the Baggi. Yamaha XT600 wheels DO NOT fit strait on. The axles on the Baggi are bigger by 2mm front and rear. To fit the XT wheels different spacers and XT spindles will have to be used. This is not a big problem, but should be borne in mund if you are thinking of this conversion.
I found this out by comparing the bearing sizes given in the parts manual with listings of the XT600 wheel bearings.
The ally wheels fitted to some MZ's also have different size bearings and axles fitted, but agian this should be able to be sorted with different axles and spacers.

The master cylinder that was original on my mastiff was to soft, and I do not thik that it was a Brembo. I have now a master cylinder from a Kawazaki ZX 9R.
The OD of the brake disk is 320 mm.
